Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel at any time, by using the self-cancellation feature in the members area, or by requesting their account be cancelled, using our contact support form. If you cancel your membership with the self-cancellation feature, it becomes effective immediately. If you cancel via our support system, your cancellation will go into effect within 48 hours on business days, Mon-Fri.

Prohibited Activities
